NRCA Foreman Management Training - July 9

NRCA’s Foreman Management Training is an in-person version of NRCA’s TRAC foreman package and echoes the pillars upon which NRCA’s foreman PROCertification® is built:
- Safety
- Customer service
- Quality
- Productivity
- Profitability
Throughout this program, participants will navigate scenarios for each pillar to help reinforce content. They should be able to:
- List components of job management
- Explain a foreman’s role in job management, per category
- Discuss the pros and cons of solutions to various scenarios
- Describe how foremen affect profitability
Included in the tuition for this course, participants can take the PROCertification® Roofing Foreman exam.
