ELEVATE Training: Architectural Resilience with Kingspan

Join NTRCA for our November Elevate Training - Beyond the Surface: Building for Resilience, on Thursday, November 5, from 11 AM–1 PM at Gatherings in Dallas.

Sponsored by Kingspan, this training will take a deeper look at Architectural Resilience: Single-Ply Roof & Metal Panel Wall Systems and how resilient roofing and wall assemblies contribute to durable, high-performing building envelopes.

Attendees will explore single-ply roofing membranes including TPO, PVC/KEE and EPDM, along with architectural metal panel wall systems, with a focus on material performance, attachment and securement strategies, testing standards and critical detailing practices.

The course will also examine common failure modes and resilient design strategies, including roof-to-wall transitions, perimeters and expansion zones and how these details can impact moisture control, wind resistance, fire performance and long-term building performance. Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of how roofing and cladding systems work together to create stronger, more resilient building envelopes.
