CPR/First Aid Training - March 25

Join us for a hands-on CPR/First Aid training designed specifically for ARCA members. This course will equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to respond effectively to workplace emergencies.

Topics Covered Include:

• Assessing the scene & initial response
• Cardiac emergencies & CPR techniques
• Breathing emergencies
• Sudden illnesses (e.g. allergic reactions, diabetic emergencies, stroke)
• Environmental emergencies (heat & cold-related conditions)
• Soft tissue injuries
• Injuries to muscles, bones, and joints

Hands-on Training Modules:

• CPR practice with mannequins
• Splinting techniques
• Wound wrapping
• Realistic workplace first aid scenarios
