Exciting News - We have a new executive director!
Steve Verotsky joined SBH Legal in 2007 and is now a partner at the firm. Steve has extensive experience advising clients on the complexities of Oregon workers' compensation law, negotiating creative and effective settlements and litigating cases to successful resolution before the Oregon Workers' Compensation Board. Steve also serves as SBH's lead attorney for OSHA matters, handling everything from OSHA complaints and investigations to compliance issues. He is active in several local organizations, including Oregon RIMS, which supports employers navigating complex safety and risk-related regulations.

I’ll offer an overview of hazardous waste management: waste determinations, storage and handling, transportation requirements, spill control and notification and waste generator status. Attendees will learn about the potential issues that may trigger an inspection, enforcement and penalties.
