As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing roof repairs for both residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with property managers and homeowner associations (HOAs) to ensure efficient and high-quality roof repair services. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining business relationships to drive growth and manage business operations effectively.
Roof Repair Management:
• Manage and oversee roof repair projects for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct site inspections to assess the scope of repairs and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Coordinate with roofing crews, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient execution of repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the repair process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and HOAs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with property managers and HOAs to understand their specific roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Regularly communicate project updates, timelines, and any potential issues to clients
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's client base by actively seeking new business relationships.
• Network and engage with property managers, HOAs, and other relevant industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for business growth and market penetration.
• Proven experience of 5 years in roofing or construction project management, with a focus on roof repairs.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, property managers, and HOAs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive business growth.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to roofing repairs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
