Residential account manager compensation
Residential account managers are responsible for prospecting and winning new residential business. This will be achieved by working closely with the service department to identify sales opportunities and utilizing tools provided by the company to locate and contact homeowners. Account Managers are expected to track opportunities in cloud-based CRM software and take part in monthly sales meetings.
Direct supervisor – Sales Manager
Base Salary: $50,000.00 per year
Uncapped Commission: 50% of total profit
Commissions are paid once project is complete, all checks are received, profit is calculated, and all paperwork is uploaded to CRM. Account manager will submit a commission request sheet by 12:00pm Friday. Commission will be paid the following Friday.

Eligible after 30 days
Company provided gas card
Expectation and Bonuses.
Each Residential account manager will have a performance goal of $300,000.00 in profit. As a result, expected compensation will be $150,000.00 ($50,000 base and $150,000.00 commission - $50,000 pay back).
In addition, residential account managers are eligible for performance bonuses.
Monthly Bonus: $1,500.00 if monthly profit exceeds $75,000.00 profit in a quarter.
Annual Bonus: $2,500.00 if annual profit exceeds $300,000.00.
Total Bonus: $8,500 ($1,500 x 4 quarters = $6,000 + $2,500 = $8,500)
• This is a Twelve-month program that begins on the first day of our fiscal year.
• This supersedes all other previous comp plans.
• This Commission program will be based on the total profit amount of the job.
• Commission is based on your annual profit, after your $50,000 is paid back.
