Rosscrete Roofing, Inc., a 45-year-old commercial roofing company, is searching for a dynamic sales, estimator, and project manager to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses strong business and field operation acumen from 5+ years of selling, estimating, and managing commercial roofing projects from beginning to end. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION: Able to generate 3.2 million in annual business revenue. Having solid connections in the industry is a must. Highly organized, positive, energetic, flexible, and persistent in getting things done. Inspire, motivate, and work in sync with all departments in the organization. Solid team player. Gains the trust of internal and external customers. Strong communication skills with customers, foremen, and internal teams. Must be tech-savvy; STACK AND JOBBA experience is a plus. COMPENSATION CONSIDERATION: Salary Range: $100,000 -120,000 Based on experience. Gross profits need to be 30-35% Competitive compensation and benefits package, including health and dental coverage. Two weeks paid vacation after one year of employment. Discretionary management bonus based on a combination of performance and production.
