Hunters Roofing has been in business for over 30 years serving the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County and Los Angeles areas. We are looking for help to fill the Roofing Estimator position. employment type: full-time job title: Roofing Estimator Successful Contracting firm in business 30+ years seeks experienced roofing estimator who is interested in estimating, information gathering, and sales.

Applicant will be knowledgeable in shingle, tile, and APP and single-ply membrane roofing. Framing and stucco knowledge a plus. Estimating position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with clients. A clean driving record and valid current driver’s license are required. 2-5 years of roofing sales and construction sales experience. Can set up and climb up and down ladders to survey, inspect, and accurately measure roofs. Able to lift 50 lbs. Will have the ability to write detailed proposal documents. Can perform project takeoffs/cost estimates and develop the scope of work The ideal candidate will have the following: • Extensive knowledge of the roofing trade • Clean, professional appearance and comfortable demeanor suitable for client interaction • Clear, focused, and concise communication skills • Excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills • Team-focused attitude • Safe driving record (5+ years) • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus This job offers: • Paid commission.
