Residential Roofing Project Manager/Salesperson

Local Roofing Company looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Project Manager/Salesperson with a minimum 3yrs experience to join our growing team. If you are hardworking, self-motivated, ambitious and goal oriented, we want to talk to you. The Project Manager/Salesperson will be responsible for conducting property inspections, managing their project through the entire process until work is completed.

General Duties:

• The Project Manager/Salesperson is a Team player orientation. You must be able to interface with all levels within the organization and external parties
• Maximize each sales opportunity with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships
• Meet with homeowners and walk through the insurance process and procedures
• Inspect properties for damage and document any and all records
• Meet with insurance adjusters to document work from damage
• Create contracts, scopes, detailed information pertaining to all aspects of the work to be completed
• Day of builds be present and on site uploading all production photos
• Develop and track sales, leads, and promote company services
• Provide monthly report with detailed accurate information
• Complete projects on time and within budget
• Collect payments from customers

Requirements:

• Carry own ladder to complete all necessary inspections and not afraid of heights
• A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
• Understands or willing to learn all roofing systems
• Familiar with CRM system

This is a commissioned-based 1099 position. Commercial roofing experience is welcomed, but not required. Insurance leads are provided.
