RCMA Project of the Year Award Program

The RCMA annual Project of the Year award recognizes exemplary projects using asphaltic and solar reflective roof coatings on residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The purpose of these awards are to honor innovation, creativity, expertise, and quality project management applied towards the successful execution of a roof coatings project by roofing contractors. The program is free to apply, and we encourage multiple submissions to showcase your outstanding projects and contributions to the roofing industry.

Winners will be announced at the RCMA's 2025 Spring Meeting on March 5 in Orlando, Florida. This event will provide a platform to celebrate the achievements of roofing contractors who have set new benchmarks in the industry.

Submission requirements include the application, contractor release form, building owner release form and one to five photographs of the project.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Geographical Scope: Projects must be located within the 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., or Puerto Rico.

• Project Timeline: Eligible projects are those completed, or scheduled for completion, between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.

• Submission Limit: There is no limit to the number of projects a firm or individual can submit.

• Public Sharing: All submissions may be publicly shared on the RCMA website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials.

• Participation Fee: The program is free to apply, encouraging multiple submissions to showcase outstanding projects and contributions to the roofing industry.
