REQUIREMENTS - 2-3 years of Sales experience - Comfortable Climbing on roofs of all sizes - Comfortable going Door to Door Pay Structure **Structured Commission base salary like pay, increasing with experience and commitment, with bonuses**

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs going door-to-door within designed territories, perform storm damage inspections on residential properties. Develop and maintain client relationships by cold calling and canvassing with a focus on customer service as a key priority for business referrals and repeat business We offer excellent in-house sales support, HR and administrative support

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Ability to overcome objections and drive the sales process Ability to set up and climb ladder; safely navigating roofs during inspections Must be team player who is willing to help in all facets of the business as needed (no job too small) - Has to be responsible and professional
