So whether using paper sales contracts or, our paperless sign up; a proven sales wolf should be allowed to do just that. Too many great sales persons later find out that production cannot handle their contracts, cannot pay them their rate, or, that they have to personally handle every aspect of the file—from the phone calls from homeowners to the filing of permits etc. CRLLC has created an environment where a proven sales person in roofing and storm restoration can do what that person does best to break past and stay at or above the $500,000 a year earnings barrier.
Quality over quantity: CRLLC is looking for a proven sales person or a sales apprentice that will bring the strongest of work ethics to maximize and make use of our proven coaching program. Arrive and show us you can take a door hanger and turn that into a signed contract; and we will reward you with an in-house workflow designed to keep you in the field selling. A proven wolf, in exchange for consistency in the field, is also rewarded with the exclusively screened and pre-qualified inbound leads that come only from our targeted marketing in affected areas. This sales performance and lead "feed" combination makes your compensation untouchable. 1) Properly inspect the roof, interiors, and exteriors. 2) Sign them up, upload your notes; and then return to the field and repeat. In-house servicing will take it from there as will in-house estimating followed by in-house production (no subcontractors) and in-house billing.
CRLLC is owned and operated by Drew Calloway, a 25 year roofing tradesperson that takes pride in every build, and a line-items counting public adjuster that seek to ensure both you and the homeowner get everything they are entitled to. CRLLC has also signed a 5-year marketing contract, proving that it is not afraid of long term commitments and certainly NOT dependent on a "storm." We are seeking a proven sales person that can take on asphalt, metal, tile; commercial-residential, storm and retail. A hungry sales apprentice that is determined to providing his family with triple the normal earnings potential and committed to working a dedicated schedule and territory to make that a reality. REQUIREMENTS: Upload inspection pictures and notes after sign up (1st Meeting), and pick up the check and get paid (2nd meeting). That's it. The rest is handled in-house and your pay is unlimited.
