Elysian Construction, a 15+ Year Roofing and Restoration company is immediately hiring an experienced Low Slope Roof Production Manager to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pioneer developing the low slope roofing division within the company.
-Estimate low-slope roofing projects (commercial and residential)
- Order materials and manage crews
-Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel-Place production orders
-Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
-Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have extensive knowledge of low slope roofing systems ( TPO, Modified bit etc).
-Must understand both new construction and the re roofing process
-Must be able to estimate, order materials and find leaks on low-slope roofing systems.
-Position is based in Minneapolis, MN. Candidate must be able to travel on a temporary basis to other markets as needed.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills-Knowledge of CRM systems; Microsoft office; google docs-Knowledge of OSHA regulations and requirements; ability to follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment at all projects-Proven working experience in construction management
QUALIFICATIONS:
A hardworker who is able to multi-task and oversee multiple projects
Ability to climb ladders/stairs/kneel/crouch bend
Construction Experience Two (2) to Five (5) years in the roofing/siding industry
Ability to work in various working conditions and environments
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
