Position Details: Traveling QC
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years as a roofing inspector in commercial roofing: Candidates should possess a solid foundation with at least 5 years of experience specifically in commercial roofing inspection.
· Experience successfully managing a team: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams is essential for this role.
· Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and Modified roof systems: A comprehensive understanding of roofing materials, construction techniques, and industry standards related to TPO, PVC, EPDM, and Modified roof systems is required.
· Excellent attention to detail: The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify roofing defects and potential issues, ensuring top-notch quality.
· OSHA 30, CPR, and Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) preferred: While not mandatory, candidates with certifications such as OSHA 30, CPR, and CQM-C will be given preference.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Salary: You will receive weekly payments via direct deposit, equivalent to an annualized range of $62,000 - $75,000. When you're traveling, a daily Per Diem of $40 will be provided, adding an extra $9,000 to your base salary if you work on-site 90% of the time.
· Vacation: Enjoy 10 days of vacation per year, prorated for your first year with us.
· Paid Company Holidays: You'll have the benefit of 11 paid company holidays per year.
· Health Insurance: We contribute 50% towards your medical insurance.
· Medical Insurance: We contribute 50% towards your medical insurance.
· Dental Insurance: We also provide a 50% employer contribution to your dental insurance.
· Vision Insurance: While vision insurance is 100% employee-contributed, we ensure it's available for you.
· Life Insurance & LTD/AD&D: You'll have the peace of mind with 100% employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability/accidental death & dismemberment coverage.
· Insurance Effective Date: All insurance benefits become effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
· 401k: Our tiered employer match program is designed to secure your financial future; please refer to the employee benefits package for specific details.
· Potential Annual Bonus: CYE offers an incentive bonus program. Bonuses are earned based on both the company's financial performance and your annual performance evaluation.
· Company Vehicle: Each QC is assigned a company vehicle, complete with a gas card.
· Home Visits: For employees working away from home, one trip home per month is allowed.
