Job Title: Commercial Roofing Salesperson

Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for the roofing industry? We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. We offer a base plus uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed and accurate proposals, including pricing, project timelines, and scope of work.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.

Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking abilities and the ability to build lasting relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
