Chelsea graduated from Texas State University in 2009 in the midst of the recession. An opportunity in the roofing industry came in September 2009 when Austin experienced a large hailstorm.
She joined Roofing Supply Group and spent 6 years learning the industry from various roles including inside sales, dispatch and purchasing. In 2015 Chelsea joined Beacon Building Products. 10 years into the industry, and is now the Branch Manager at one of the Beacon locations in Austin, Texas.
Chelsea is passionate about taking employee engagement to the next level. In 2019, she created the Mother’s Day Flower Shop, which has now evolved into steaks for Father’s Day, school supplies in August, Halloween candy in October, turkeys for Thanksgiving and Kendra Scott for Christmas.
Chelsea’s other half is her husband, Brian Oesch. The two met in 2008 during her junior year at Texas State University and were married in 2011. Chelsea is the bonus mom to Caden and Shae. Chelsea enjoys camping with her family while her son Caden competes in competitive motocross.
