Product Profiles March 2009: EagleView Economy Report
EagleView Technologies, the leader in roof measuring solutions, is expanding its services with the introduction of EagleView Economy Reports. These cost-effective reports will provide one aerial image of the roof location from the address the customer provides. As in the Premium Reports, which have been offered by EagleView for over a year, customers receive a length diagram page displaying ridge and valley segment lengths. Also included is an area diagram page listing total roof area as well as total areas for each roof facet. A pitch diagram page is included with labeled slopes and pitches, provided by the customer in an easy-to-use web format. Additionally, a notes diagram page is included for on-site note taking.
EagleView is also improving its web site to make ordering a new Economy Report simple. Customers place the order via www.eagleview.com. The professional EagleView technicians retrieve an aerial image of the structure to create the diagrams with the length and area measurements. When complete, an e-mail message is sent to the customer notifying them that their report has been completed. The customer clicks the link included in the e-mail message, which launches a customized web page where the report diagram can be viewed and pitch values may be assigned. They click a button to generate the final report which may be printed or saved. Reports are electronically stored for each customer and can be reviewed and updated anytime in the new order history area.
"Our goal with the Economy Report is to provide a more cost-effective report with a faster delivery turnaround for our customers. This report is especially useful for contractors or insurance adjusters working through a natural disaster, such as a hurricane or hail storm." explains Chris Barrow, CEO of EagleView. Similar to the Premium Reports, Economy Reports will be offered as a "pay-as-you-go" order with no commitment or as part of an annual subscription plan. EagleView's subscription plans offer greater savings and convenience for its customers.
