The Leaf Solution gutter protection product is manufactured out of 3000 series aluminum with an expanded aluminum (1000 series) membrane that has a 316 stainless steel (94 mesh) screen hemmed over top of the expanded (prior to roll forming). The "hem" process allows for complete lateral tensioning of the screen after it is formed and the longitudinal tension is accomplished with web tension controls. The entire product is then mechanically crimped for assembly. The stainless mesh can "never" come loose or delaminate. The three downward vertical "dips" are introduced for strength as well as water decelerators. Capillary action is also derived from this feature to augment water dissipation.

Leaf Solution has just introduced a new offering of a "high flow" product for inside miters and for "problem" areas where large roofs are routed to small sections of gutters.
