Bilgin Roof Dock has expanded product lines for the summer of 2009. The Bilgin Roof Dock is available for 4", 5" and 6" K Style Gutters. Highlighted features of the Bilgin Roof Dock are:
- Heavy-duty front fascia and core protects the gutters from ladder strikes and crushing.
- Heavy-duty end caps that stop ladder slides has a built in pre-filter grate to hold back large debris before it has a chance to clogs the down spout. The end caps also are designed to allow water to by-pass even if the grates are full.
- Stops ladders from "kick-outs" when a bungee cord is installed in the bungee slots.
Bilgin Company has added the "Gutter-Less" Bilgin Roof Dock that mounts directly to the fascia of the homes and commercial flat roof buildings. Features of the Gutter-Less Roof Docking Station are:
- Heavy-duty unit holds the ladder away from the drip edge and flashing caps to prevent crushing.
- Heavy-duty end caps prevents the ladder from sliding side to side. When used properly in conjunction with a bungee cord and the provided slots it will stop the ladder from "kick-outs".
Bilgin Gutter-Less Roof Dock (patent pending) will be unveiled at the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) Expo this September. Designs and development are underway for Metal Building Roof Docking Stations that will accommodate 7" to 12" gutters and will be available this fall.Units are available in natural aluminum, powder coated or anodized for copper applications.
