PermaDri, Inc. is one of the USA's preeminent manufacturers of waterproofing and corrosion protection products and has been sold internationally for the past 20 years. PermaDri coatings are hailed for their easy application, rapid curing time and eco-friendly composition. Our specialty coatings serve in a wide variety of applications including: roofing, below grade waterproofing, construction, corrosion protection, marine, landscape, industrial and agricultural.
Our extensive product line for roofing and waterproofing applications includes: Rubber Coat, Rubber Spray, Rubber Patch, and Super Reflecto White, Metal Coat and Concrete Coat.
All PermaDri coatings are composed of a modified asphalt emulsion that cures to form a rubber-like texture. Redefining the meaning of simplicity, PermaDri coatings are easily applied using a brush, roller, squeegee, or our specially-designed spray equipment. For larger areas, such as roof applications, our coatings can be rolled or spray-applied by our trained and certified contractors.
If a PermaDri team is needed for larger applications, we pride ourselves on rapid deployment and remarkable on-site efficiency and safety. Our coatings typically cure within 24-48 hours (depending on application thickness, temperature and relative humidity). PermaDri's entire product line is non-toxic and completely free of VOCs. Therefore, PermaDri coatings are environmentally-friendly and applicator-friendly (no special protective equipment is necessary during application). PermaDri coatings are highly resilient as they are UV resistant and impervious to many chemicals. In addition, PermaDri products are versatile as they adhere to virtually any surface: wood, metal, foam, concrete, tile, and more! Finally, PermaDri products are highly flexible as they have the capacity to elongate up to 850% with 95% recovery. Therefore, our coatings can adapt to surface and thermal changes without being damaged.
PermaDri's family of products:
Rubber Coat is PermaDri's brush-grade coating for all waterproofing and corrosion protection purposes. Rubber Coat is a cold-applied liquid that contains no volatile organic compounds and can be applied to virtually any surface using a brush, roller, or squeegee.
Rubber Patch is PermaDri's trowel-grade product. Rubber Patch is a companion product for other PermaDri coatings as its thicker consistency makes it ideal for patching and preparing surfaces. Rubber Coat can be used to fill voids larger than 1/8 inch prior to coating surfaces with other PermaDri products.
Rubber Spray is formulated to be used in conjunction with PermaDri's expertly-engineered spray equipment. Using our dual-component sprayer can provide tremendous security given the fact that the coating sets instantly. The equipment allows for simultaneous spraying of Rubber Spray and a water-based activator that results in an application that is dry to the touch within seconds.
