Hello im a local roofing contractor in southern california, if you have any legal

Some back story would be good. Are you really A roofer? Or do you just like so many "roofers" of today fund A business and are looking to expand?

C'mon tico, 70-80% of the roofing work done in America is by Non Roofers.. What's new?

I get A kick out of guys that say they are roofers and the ONLY thing the can do is run shingles,,,after someone else flashes and runs metal.
I was told A roofer is qualified to his community to provide multiple facets of roofing.
Specialty guys are artist, tin, copper, slate, and some tile.
I accepted it as this, I kicked 90 and slung A mop, spudded half of Dade county for commercial repairs, re-set sign and A/C base, rock and 90'ed slow pith south Florida homes. Then when I was about 18 shingles finally showed up. We called them curlers. When they first came out the couldn't take the exposure. They had to remanufacture the matting. I've also done my lot of tile.
Then theirs the metallurgist. I am always fascinated at how they bend, fold and tuck copper, getting the tin canning out of it with some weird stressing. And they can shingle, and do slate, some are commercial guys buy they call that A uneccesary reduction in pay.
Roofing has become less of A trade and more of A nasty pill that homeowners have to swallow while A non roofing salesman holds A gun to their head, and yes, when the 40 dollar A day workers show up, he waves the homeowner inside with his pistol, and cusses the crew in Spanish.
Hmmmmm, we are not the scourge upon society because of what we the roofers do, we are the scourge because of what non roofers and their whack and jacks do.
