Wow, just called an HVAC Co. for some service work. $130.00 per manhour plus parts and supplies. Last time I used one was about 3 years ago and it seems like they were $80. hr then.
Have you raised your roofing labor rates like this lately? |

Roofing rates are dropping. Why? Just because the cost of business goes up, does not mean anything. this is not a business.
Lady from the C of C came by with flyers yesterday. Promoting the local group.
Let's see. Her husband has had a min. of 5 roofs done that I am aware of ( 2 twice). None by a professional roofer.
Guess how fast those flyers hit the trash! |

You re right, ti is not a business. It is a party and we ar the hosts. We get to pay and the others get to benefit. How does that work? |
