South Florida Metal Supply, Inc. Announces Name Change to Sunlast Metal

PALM CITY, Fla. - March 10, 2009 - South Florida Metal Supply, one of Florida's top metal roofing manufacturers, announced a name change to "Sunlast Metal", effective February 23, 2009. The name change is the result of a well-planned expansion and not the result of an acquisition or merger with another company. It reflects the Company's desire to expand across the state of Florida.

"We've been providing exceptional products, value and customer service to the South Florida community for several years," emphasized President Michael Faulkner. "We're not looking to change how we do business. Instead, we're thrilled about the opportunity to expand beyond our local market into the entire state of Florida. We feel our new name will allow us to fulfill our commitment to becoming the number one metal roofing manufacturer in Florida."

The name, "Sunlast Metal", conveys durability of the Sunlast Metal product line as well as a commitment to the Florida market. In addition, the company has a new solar division, Sunlast Solar, which will begin expansion in the state in April 2009.

In conjunction with the name change, Sunlast Metal will have new marketing collateral. The company's web site changed to http://www.sunlastmetal.com/. Sunlast Metal recently added new equipment and expanded their product line to better serve the market needs of their customers in the State.
