Beacon Roofing Supply Announces Acquisition of Lookout Supply Company of Chattanooga, Tennessee

PEABODY, Mass. - Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Lookout Supply Company, a distributor of roofing systems and related accessories with one branch in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
