		Vickie Sharples (a.k.a Vickie the Boss) She started the Roofers Exchange in her living room June of 1994. She pasted up the paper on her ironing board and stayed up all night putting on mailing labels so she could work selling roof tile in the daytime. She knows a lot about roofing; loves roofers but will not go on a roof, (afraid of heights). She spends her days butting in everyone's work and coming up with new ideas for the paper and web-site.
		Laurene Sanchez She puts together the paper and builds it into what you see in print. She is the one that holds down the fort while we are gone. She helps the other people in the office fix problems and computer issues before Vickie finds out and yells at them. She loves to fill our pockets with hole-punch circles, hide fake mice in the coffee can for Judy Ryman or plastic roaches in Jerry's water.
		Judy Ryman She is our official Sales Person. She is funny, nice, thoughtful and great at her job. I am sure someday you will be talking to her. A day without Judy Ryman is a day without sunshine! She is happy everyday and we tease her incessantly just to hear her be shocked. She could sell ice cubes to Eskimos. She loves all of her customers and they love her too, as do we.
