NRCA announces Gold Circle Award winners
Las Vegas - The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) presented its 14th annual Gold Circle Awards during its 122nd Annual Convention Feb 1-5. Gold Circle Awards were given to NRCA members who made significant contributions to the roofing industry in the following categories:
Outstanding Workmanship - low-slope: K Post Co., Dallas, for its work at the University of Texas National Science & Engineering Research Building in Richardson
Outstanding Workmanship - steep-slope: Hayden Building Maintenance Corp., West Nyack, N.Y., for its work at the Vassar College Main Building North and South Tower restorations in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
Innovative Solutions - new construction: Keystone Roofing Inc., Oceanside, Calif., for its work at a private estate in southern California
Innovative Solutions - reroofing: Hayden Building Maintenance for its work at the Vassar College Thompson Library, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
Service to the Community: Colorado Roofing Association, Denver, for its work at Brent's Place, Denver
Service to the Industry: Commercial Roofers Inc., Las Vegas, for its University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Scholarship Program
Gold Circle Safety Award: Midland Engineering Co., South Bend, Ind., for its work at The Ascent at Roebling's Bridge, Covington, Ky.
