MRCA Announces New Officers and Directors

Lawrence, Kan., October 30, 2009 - The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) has announced a new slate of officers and directors for the 2010 year. The officers and directors were elected at the MRCA National Conference held October 29-30 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Ronnie McGlothlin, Empire Roofing, Ltd., Ft. Worth, Texas, has been elected as the 2010 president of the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association. Mr. McGlothlin was installed as president at the MRCA National Conference held October 29-30 in Kansas City, Missouri. As president, McGlothlin will preside over a Board of Directors comprised of 22 individuals and will lead 425 roofing contractor members. McGlothlin has served on the MRCA Board of Directors since 2003 and has served as an officer since 2007.

Second Vice President Randy Adams, R Adams Roofing, Inc., Indianapolis
Secretary/Treasurer Michael Miller, Henry C Smither Roofing Co., Inc. Indianapolis.
John Daly, Kaw Roofing and Sheet Metal, Kansas City, Kansas, will serve as Chairman of the Board

Five new directors have been elected by their peers to serve three-year terms. They include:

Bruce Diederich, Waukegan Roofing Co., Inc., Waukegan, Illinois
William Seibert, Fisher Roofing of Kearney, Kearney, Nebraska.

Current directors Tom Miller, The Zero Company, Louisville, Kentucky and Joe Hall, Hall Commercial, Inc., Arlington, Texas, have been elected to serve additional three-year terms.
